The app facilitates secure purchases through UPI, cards, wallets, and Sodexo Pluxee, with refunds processed automatically for any failed item dispenses. Prices and availability are subject to change, and product details should be checked before consumption. Misuse, unauthorized access, or interference with the app functionality is prohibited. Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy, and the apps intellectual property belongs to STACKD. We reserve the right to modify features, suspend access, or terminate services at our discretion. Any transaction-related complaint must be reported to the STACKD Helpdesk on the same day of the transaction to enable timely investigation, including verification of machine inventory and transaction logs, and to facilitate prompt resolution.
Refunds for failed dispenses will be credited to the original payment method. For Pluxee transactions, the default refund mode is the STACKD Wallet. Track refunds in the Refunds section or contact Help & Support for assistance.
